Confidently Fit isn’t just any fitness company, but one that truly focuses on helping women, especially those struggling with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), build the confidence they deserve through the focus of mindfulness, nutrition, and fitness combined with their own personal experience with BDD. Updating the brand was a balance between maintaining their elegant solace without cleaning up the grit – and finding ways to evolve and re-imagine areas of the brand for a refresh. Extending the brand beyond the logo, I also assisted in designing workout equipment, apparel, and a website.
